Bio

I was born in Amsterdam in 1996. After working in the Dutch film industry for several years I moved to Brussels in 2017 to attend the LUCA school of arts (Sint-Lukas). Here in Brussels I have been exploring the art side of cinema, making short films and installations. In 2019 I was granted a fine arts fellowship at the Korea National University of Arts in Seoul, where I developed a broader, intermedia approach to filmmaking during my 5-month stay. After my bachelor film Flora won the VAF Wildcard, I decided to spend my Masters at LUCA developing a more experimental filmmaking practice.
